I was a crew chief on 68-15374 in the 2nd platoon Frank Snyder was my door gunner who was later replaced by Bob Fry. I was with 134th 3/69 to 11/69

On my third tour of Vietnam I was lucky enough to be given a newly re-built C-Model to crew. In 1970 I flew from March to September but after acquiring a total of 1600 hours flying between "Dust Off" and the Devil Guns I took to the engine shop which I handed over to Kevin Malikowski, a fellow Minnesotan that I still see every once in a while. I hole dear to my heart that perhaps anyone of us would have died for each other if required. Freedom comes at a cost and should not be squandered.

Served in 134AHC from May 1969 until December 1970 with some of the best people I ever knew. First two months in Second platoon, next 10 months in Maintenance and last 6 months in Devil guns. Call sign Devil 63. Will like to hear from any and all Army buddies.94
