Arrived TuyHoa 1969 to door gun. Top didn't need another doorgunner. Told me to hangout til he found a spot. Hung out around mail room. Mail clerk asked me what I did . I replied , " I hang out " . He suggested to top that I take over his spot as he was getting short . I did . So I know all of you .

I was a CPT in second platoon from July 1969 till July 1970. Platoon OPS officer for 1970. Looking forward to seeing everyone in San Antonio. Served as Demon 90 from about June 69 TO January 70, then Devil 90 from January 70 to August of 70. Remember working with the LRRPs on a number of occasions. Even made an extraction with a gunship. Story is posted. Wish I could make it but health is keeping me grounded. :!cry:

I was with the 134th from Mar. 1967 until Sep. 1968, I was in the gun platoon.
Xiaver Flexin was the crew chief on the gunship I was assigned to. I have had the privilege of attending two reunions since coming home from Vietnam. I do remember Hoskins, Loveland, and others that was killed in action while I was there. I would like to say I'am glad to have served with such a great group of guys. :!devil:
